The Selera Juadah Kampung buffet are being specially curated by its culinary team focusing on traditional Grandma’s dishes such as Kambing Golek, Nasi Kandar, Aneka Bubur, Rojak Lambung Mamak, Gulai Kawah and live stations (Kambing Golek, Satay, Char Kuey Teow, Murtabak, Grilled Seafoods and Lambs and many more). There were also a special section featuring local delicacies from 13 Malaysian states; Johor’s Briyiani Gam Lamb Shank, Melaka’s Ikan Bakar Portuguese and Nyonya Asam Pedas, Penang’s Nasi Kandar and Terengganu’s Nsi Dagang with Gulai Ikan Aya, Ambuyat fresh sea grapes salad from Sabah and Ayam PAsuh and Umai Ikan from Sarawak.
Besides the traditional Malay’s dishes, be also indulge in its Chinese, Indians and also Japanese section catering to different of taste buds too. Talking about the taste buds, not forgetting about the desserts section with mouth watering kuih-muihs, and patisseries.
