Customised Set Meals at Four Point Chinatown’s Quan’s Kitchen

As we are still in the RMCO stage, Four Points Chinatown by Sheraton has invented a new lifestyle-driven menu for its guest and diners to dine in or take away.

A carefully selection of 7 Asian and 7 Western menu has been handpicked by Quan’s Kitchen’s chef was made using freshly sourced local ingredient from organic farm and sustainable fisheries that focuses on balance nutrition and classic flavor.

Among the signature dishes in this new menu were; 48- Hour Sous Vide Beef, Fettuccine Beef Ragu, Pan Seared Salmon, Pan Seared Seabass, Garlic Thyme Chicken, Duck Confit and Penne Pasta Mushroom Ragout (V) for the Western Menu and Grilled Ayam Pecik, Beef Rendang, Crispy Spiced Chicken, Poached Seabass, Dry Rubbed Crispy Duck Confit, Dry Laksa Noodles and Braised Mushrooms with Beancurd (V) for their Eastern Menu.

Poached Seabass - Garlic fried rice with work fried vegetables and sago pudding
