Noble Mansion is where modern interpretation of a Chinese traditional Shunde mansion cuisines are being created. Shunde is a renowned food province in Guangzhou, China and Executive Chef Justin draws his inspirations from this land, famed for its fertile soils that produce quality vegetables, poultry and river fish. It is believed that Shunde is the birthplace of Cantonese cuisine. Chef Justin and his team traveled extensively to this province to gain insights, ideas and inspiration and eventually the menus for Noble Mansion are created from this experience.
Located at Jaya 33, the restaurant are also being decorated to reassemble the olden days mansion. It’s divides into a few section such as The Lantern, The Bamboo Courtyard, The Terracota Rooms and The Grand Hall – to elevate your dining experience to the next level.
This Chinese New Year, Executive Chef Justin and his team has came out with another series of Chinese New Year’s dining set. Among the dish highlights in these sets were; Alaska Spider Crab Vegetables Yee Sang, Whole Pork Trotter with Hokkaido XL Dried Scallop, Japanese Mushroom & Quail Egg, Steamed Deep-Sea Garoupa with Fresh Abalone & Prawn Medallion in Casserole Basket, Crab prepared in Deep-Fried Crab Claw with Red Vinegar and Crab Meat with Scrambled Egg in Lettuce Wraps, Crystal Prawn with Gold Caviar Sauce in Giant Beancurd Bowl, Steamed Rice with Max Meat Hakka Style, Deep-Fried Sesame Ball with “Nin Kuo”, Koi Fish “Nian Gao” and Golden Pudding with Bird’s Nest in Whole Orange.
