For seafoods lovers, there is something good for you coming from Serena Brasserie by Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur. For every Friday and Saturday night, Serena Brasserie will be offering an oceanic adventure feast in the restaurant for all its guest.

Starting from appetizers offerings ranging from snow crab salad, seafood salad, Thai beef salad, Vietnamese rice roll, gado-gado and many more to chilled seafood bars serving a wide selection of freshly flown-in seafood on ice including tiger prawns, green mussel, US oyster and salmon will definitely open up your appetite for more.

For hot seafoods lovers, Serena Brasserie offers a live cooking section where you could select your favourite seafoods and meats such as premium cuts of salmon, prawns, lamb cutlet, satay and more prepared upon order.

If you are looking for ready to eat cooked foods, you may check out their signature salt crusted Atlantic salmon, baked sea bass, slow-baked prime ribs and roasted chicken, ikan masak tiga rasa a deep-fried red snapper served with sweet, sour and spicy sauce along with tomatoes and pineapples apart from the wide varieties of famous Asian and Western dishes.

Besides the dishes above, the main highlights for the whole dining were its complimentary half grilled lobster that comes with an option of sambal or thermidor sauce for every adult dining in the restaurant.

End the meal with at its dessert station with will be featuring an array of desserts such as chocolate mousse, blueberry cake, jelly shooter, malay kueh, New Zealand Kapiti ice-cream and many more.

The seafood buffet is available at Serena Brasserie, Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur for every Friday and Saturday for dinner from 6pm – 10pm. Price at RM 188 nett per adult and RM 94 nett per child, it was definitely a worth while for us to go for.
