A traditional favorite, the Stewed Dried Oyster, Sea Moss, and Chinese Cabbage embodied the essence of prosperity and abundance. The soft, braised textures of the ingredients melded together beautifully, offering a comforting dish that was steeped in tradition. The Stir-Fried Fragrant Rice with Diced Chicken, Asparagus, and Pineapple in Butter Sauce was a modern twist on classic fried rice. The buttery aroma paired wonderfully with the sweetness of pineapple and the crunch of asparagus, making this dish both flavorful and satisfying. The meal concluded with the Double-Boiled Snow Pear with Aloe Vera, Honey Date, and Sun-Dried Longan in Osmanthus Syrup. This light and refreshing dessert was a perfect end to the meal, with the floral notes of osmanthus complementing the sweetness of the longan and the cooling snow pear.
