The Westin Bazaar Is Back This Ramadhan

As Ramadhan is approaching, The Westin Kuala Lumpur is back with its highly demanded Ramadhan feast; The Westin Bazaar on this coming 6th – 30th April 2022.

Led by Chef Halim together with another 4 chefs; Chef Hamid aka Chef Nakal, Chef Firdaus, Chef Hafizi and Chef Steven who specializes in different cuisines, The Westin Bazaar (designed in a Bazaar setting) will be offering a new culinary experience with a spectacular mix of local favourites coupled with Modern International.

Chef Halim, the Executive Chef Lah is the man behind the kerabu and ulam. He has created Classic Dulang Compose Kerabu with a good selections of Kerabu such as; Kerabu Chicken Fuseli Pasta, Kerabu Kaki Ayam Cili Padi, Kerabu Mangga Berperut Lembu, Kerabu Smoked Salmon Buah Delima, Gado-Gado Ketam Kulit Lembut (Local Vegetable Salad with Soft Shell Crab) and many more.

Chef Hamid aka Chef Nakal on the other hand were the champions of the Spica of Clay and Hot dishes in The Westin Bazaar buffet spread. Fish Curry is among the must-try among other signature dishes consisting of Briyani Rice and Chicken Vegetable Dhal, Aloo Gobi, Bindi does Pyaza and Chicken Tandoori Skewer.

Chef Firdaus is the Frilled Island expert. His signature dishes were Kambing Golek Berempah Kuzi Bersama Nasi Briyani, Beef Shin Rendang, Baked Whole King Red Snapper with Spicy Percik Sauce and many more.

While Chef Steven a new member of the team were specialised in oriental cuisines. Among his signature were; Chinese Duck Rice with Scallion, Roasted Chicken, BBQ Chicken and Roasted Duck complemented with tasteful sauces, pastes and soups.

Finally, Chef Hafizi were the expert on Salai which diner could get it from The Westin Bazaar Salai Station; the Daging Salai, Ayam Salai, Ayam Salai, Itik Salai, Ikan Keli Salai to Siput Sedut.

Besides these signature dishes, The Westin Bazaar will also be offering some star signature dishes such as Indian Delicacies, Kid’s Favourite, Noodles Station and Bubur Lambuk accompanies with expansive drinks and desserts starting from air kurma, bountiful of tropical fruit slices, flavourful ice creams, Malay kuih and traditional sirap bandung creations to irresistible delights such as Orange Chocolate Cake Jelly Bean, Fudgy Cashewnut Brownies and Cream Caramel.

The Westin Bazzar will be running for 24 days supported by 20 chefs offering 380 types of dishes, all in one place. Priced at RM 188 nett per adult and RM 94 per child this is one of the Ramadhan Buffet that you must try.
