Red Chinese Cuisine at Pullman KLCC welcomes a talented new Master Chef, Chef Kong, who has curated an exciting à la carte menu. This unconventional Cantonese restaurant offers a fusion of tradition and innovation, delivering a remarkable dining experience.
We had a chance to try out their new menu cuisines recently and here are our review. As a starter, we started with their Dim Sum Trio Platter which stands out as a fusion of traditional, western, and Japanese flavors, featuring crystal dumplings, scallop cheese balls, and Japanese eel dumplings. The highlight of the meal is the Double-Boiled Black Chicken Soup with Dried Scallop and Fish Maw, served in a whole coconut, infusing delightful aromas and sweetness.
We manage to tried out, Chef Kong’s innovative creations include Stir-Fried Hokkaido Scallop and Asparagus with Black Truffle Sauce, a harmonious blend of delicate scallop flavors and pungent truffle sauce.
For contrast, we manage to try their Cold Ramen with Aged Vinegar Dressing and Oven-Baked Butter Garlic River Prawn too. Its offers a great combination textures and flavors for an unique taste experience. We ended the meal with a classic coffee tiramisu that has been made with a modern twist which makes for a perfect dessert complement to the Chinese dishes.
There will be upcoming additions to Chef Kong’s signature menu, reflecting the season’s ingredients and weather on a monthly basis. With over 80 choices of Cantonese and Chinese delicacies at this time, Red Chinese Cuisine definitely would be able to caters to every palate, offering an extraordinary dining experience.
