With the Chinese New Year is just around the corner, Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur has prepared a series of Chinese New Year meal to welcome the auspicious Year of the Rat.
Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers a Six-Course Lunch; available at its Cafe Mint which comprises a Treasure Platter, soup, three main courses (one seafood, chicken and vegetable dish) and an auspicious dessert at only RM 48.88 nett per person (minimum 2 person).
If you are coming in a group, you may also opt for its Auspicious Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner series starting from RM 1688 nett per table to RM 2388 nett per table specially created with Chef Ho Boon’s Signature Dishes such as Crispy Roasted Chicken with Spicy Sichuan Sauce, Stewed Dried Oyster with Sea Cucumber, Wok-Fried Prawns with Angled Luffa Gourd, Shimeiji Mushrooms and Cashew Nuts, Poached White Pomfret with Shredded Chicken and Mushrooms in Spicy Supreme Stock and as for dessert; Pan-Friend Traditional Lunar New Year Cake “Nian Gau”.
Of course not forgetting the most important dish to start with was the Yee Sang. Diners could also order a Yee Sang witha choice of Salmon Yee Sang, Jellyfish and Fresh Fruit Yee Sang or Mango and Vegetarian Yee Sang priced from RM 48 nett per half portion (suitable for 2-4 person) or with a full portion for RM 88.88 nett per portion. Available between 10-20 January 2020 only.
Starting from 6th January 2020, the hotel is looking to kick start the celebrations with its early dining promotions and stay package customized for any occasion.
