Ramadhan is the time where hotels and restaurants offers Buka Puasa / Ramadhan’s feast for Malaysians. This year, Chakri Place is once again hold a buffet of Thai cuisines and local favourite dishes especially for “Tantalizing Tastes of Thailand” buffet promotion to be held at Chakri Palace Sky View Dorsett Hotel Hartamas, Imparial Chakri Palace KLCC and Chakri Palace Pavilion KL from 27th April onwards.
Lead by its Executive Thai Chef’s which has been working with Chakri for more than 20 years and her team, Chakri will be offering its ever-scrumptious spread of more than 50 modern and authentic Thai & local favourites dishes spread with selections of Ulam and Kerabu such as Thai Mango Salad, Thai Papaya Salad, Glass Noodles Salad, Chicken Salad, famous Thai appetiser with seven ingredients “Ming Kam”, Samosa , Crispy Thai Spring Rolls, Cracker and many more.
For the main course, guests may indulge in our Thai cuisine selections such as lamb in Thai green curry, prawn with butter sauce topped with salted egg, Black Pepper Beef, Tomyam Seafood, Steamed Seabass in lime and chilli, and Pandan Chicken. To honour this special time of year, we are also introducing a variety of Malaysian favourites including Azam Kapitan and Nisa Beriani.
Feature in live action stalls are our special Chicken and Beef Satay, Nasi Impit, Ikan Bakar, Thai Laksa and Tom Yum Noodles that will definitely leave you craving for more.
Before leaving, end your meal with famous delicious Thai desserts such as Red Ruby Water chestnut, Thai Mango Sticky Rice, Mixed Fruits, Banana in Coconut, Pumpkin in Coconut and also its local favourites such as Kuih-muih Melayu, Babur Jagung, Jelly and many other delicacies.
