The year has passed so fast. We have just welcome 2022 and in less than 3 weeks we will be celebrating Chinese New Year. So have you planned where to celebrate your Chinese New Year and reunion? This year, Four Points Chinatown will be creating an exquisite dishes by its Chef De Cuisine – Chef Lim Jun Pin and his culinary team inspired by the local traditional street fare and local favourites.

One of the must have dishes during Chinese New Year is Yee Sang. Yee Sang is one of the traditional dishes during Chinese New Year which implies the goodwill of family reunion and wealth for the New Year. This year, Quan’s Kitchen by Four Points Chinatown have made a special tribute to local street vendors housed in Jalan Panggung of Jalan Petaling by presenting its Prosperity Golden Yee Sang price at RM 98+ (half portion) and RM 158+ (full portion), featuring Jalan Petaling Style dried BBQ Cuttlefish, Chilli Soft Shell Crab, Crispy Fish Skin and Golden Pineapple Sauce.

If you are hosting a reunion dinner or New Year meal for a small groups, Four Points Chinatown would be one of the place that you must consider dining in. Quan’s Kitchen will be offering SPring Happiness set menu which is a 8-course meal which includes Prosperity Golden Yee Sang, Double Boiled Mushroom Soup, Baked Ocean Seabass with Cordyceps in Honey Soy Glaze and Braised Broccoli with Taukan& Gingko Nut in Abalone Sauce, Wok Fried Chicken with Baby Bok Choy, Pomrgranate, Sweet & Sour Sauce, Lotus Leaf Rice with Shitake and ending the meal with 2 desserts; Coated “Nian Gao” with Taro and Sesame and Sweetened Red Bean Soup with Lotus Seed and Glutinous Rice Ball.

What if you are looking for a place to chill out with your friends during tea time? Lady Yi’s Tea House also offers a CNY Afternoon Tea specially created to pamper tea time lovers with delicious savouries such as Smoked Salmon, Roasted Duck, Tea Egg, Beef Shank and BBQ Chicken while sipping on Lady Yi’s Signature 11 Treasure Tea.

For sweet tooth lovers could enjoy its sweet desserts such as Osmanthus Cake, Madeleines, Coconut Sphere, Strawberry Tart, Mango Mousse and Nestum Plain Scones. All these were available in its CNY Afternoon Tea set for RM 98+ per set or RM 128+ per set for takeaway and delivery.

For whisky lovers, this time you are in luck. Four Points Chinatown is the only one hotel that is offering a specially made Bird’s Nest Baijiu and Whisky cocktail brewed with chrysanthemum tea, red dates and white fungus; available for dine in and takeaway for RM 118+ for two bottles.
