This coming Ramadhan, Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur invites you on a gastronomic journey through Malaysia’s southern states with their specially curated buffet, Aroma Citarasa Selatan. Held at The Courtyard Restaurant from 28 February to 28 March 2025, this indulgent spread showcases authentic flavors from Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan, alongside an extensive seafood selection and handcrafted desserts.

A Culinary Celebration of Southern Malaysia
The buffet highlights Kerabu Lobster, a refreshing and zesty appetizer that perfectly balances the richness of fresh lobster with the tang of lime and aromatic herbs. Johor’s Nasi Ambang, a communal dish featuring fragrant rice, serunding, soy-braised chicken, and a medley of sides, adds a comforting touch to the spread. Seafood lovers will delight in the Seafood Asam Pedas Claypot, where the tangy and spicy broth enhances the natural sweetness of prawns, fish, and squid, making it a must-try.






Fresh Seafood and Live Cooking Stations
Melaka’s famed Satay Lok Lok makes an appearance, offering a fun, interactive experience where diners can dip skewers of meat and seafood into flavorful hot broth before enjoying them with peanut sauce. Meanwhile, Negeri Sembilan’s Seafood Masak Lemak is rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying, with a perfect blend of turmeric and coconut milk that coats the fresh seafood beautifully.
Seafood enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the BBQ seafood selection, featuring live prawns, yabbies, oysters, and sashimi. The grilling station ensures each item is prepared to perfection, allowing guests to savor the natural sweetness and succulence of the seafood.
One of the live stations will also feature a simple yet delicious burger, offering a delightful balance of juicy meat, fresh toppings, and soft buns for a comforting and flavorful bite.
