Warisan Selatan Buffet Dinner by Dorsett Hartamas

Working in other states had always made us miss our hometown/kampung foods. If you are from the South of Peninsular Malaysia, you are in luck.

Dorsett Hartamas for the first time ever will be offering a special curated local cuisine from the South themed “Warisan Selatan” this coming Ramadhan. The cuisines were specially curated by Chef Ahmad from its Table Talk restaurant which will be available from 8th to 28th April 2022.

With a daily rotation menu, diners can look forward to satisfying their palate with some delicious southern states’ specialities such as Nasi Briyani (Johor), Ayam Rendang Minang (Negeri Sembilan), Daging Briyani (Johor), Labu Masak Lemak Kuala Pilah (Negeri Sembilan), Ikan Pari Asam Pedas (Melaka), Sotong Kalio (Johor), Sayur Campur bersama Cendawan (Melaka), Teluk Itik Lemak (Negeri Sembilan) and Udang Goreng Kunyit (Melaka) to name a few.

There will also be a vast selection of salad, kerabu, soup and food stalls as well as live cooking stations, each with its own offerings ranging from BBQ lamb leg, pop corn and Ice cream, beverages, murtabak ayam dan daging, pelbagai Gorengan (samosa, goreng pisang, cekodok, cempedak, keledek, ubi keladi, kurma goreng, popia goreng), aneka panggang (ikan bakar, ayam golek, satay, kepak goreng, beef steak) and a host of both local and western pastries and sweets to end a truly delectable night out.

Warisan Selatan is priced at RM98 nett (Adults) and RM68 nett (Children between 5 to 12 years old and senior citizens, 60 years and above). Early bird pricing of RM88 nett (Adults) is available from now till 31st March 2022.

For those wanting to dine at home or merely to share some good food with those near and far, Dorsett Hartamas is also offering a selection of delectable Raya gifts which are available from 8th April to 1st May 2022. There’s melt-in-your-mouth butter cookies at RM20 nett per canister of 10 pieces, Sambal Tumis at RM20 nett per bottle of 250 gm, ready-to-eat Rendang Ayam at RM25 nett per 300 gm pack (serves 2) and Rendang Dagang at RM35 nett per 300 gm pack (serves 2) and Rendang Pucuk Ubi at RM20 nett per 150 gm pack (serves 4).

Also available are gift pack options; Set Lebaran A at RM50 nett comprising rendang ayam, butter cookies, sambal tumis and pucuk ubi or Set Lebaran B at RM60 nett with rendang daging, butter cookies, sambal tumis and pucuk ubi. Both sets come in a silver cooler bag.
