Christmas is a time where we gather with our loved ones for a great bonding time. We had been pampered with scrumptious buffet dinners offered by many restaurants from Christmas sets up to buffets.
But are you thinking to get something healthier for your loved ones during this Christmas gathering?
With the restructuring of the recent food, Berjaya Times Square has changed its foods nature to vegetarian ones. This is one of the few places where you could get vegetarian foods on a large scale. Many think that vegetarian foods were boring and it was tasteless as it doesn’t have meat. Berjaya Time Square Hotels doesn’t have all these boring vegetarian foods surprisingly. Its chefs have specially curated its foods based on occasion which we find cool!
At first, when we look at the dishes we did not think it’s a vegetarian spread. After looking in more detail, we found all of its dishes were Plant-Based Foods!! Check the photos below out and you will know what we mean.
Berjaya Café will be serving a myriad of local and international cuisine, fusion-style vegetarian dishes, as well as local favorites during its Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner. To commemorate this holiday spirit of giving, Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur reached out to the local community, media, and social media influencers with a Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner Preview, held at the Club Lounge. To make the evening more memorable, 20 children from Rumah Charis, a non-profit welfare organization that houses less fortunate children and folks we invited for a treat. Decorated with gold and red at the Club Lounge, the presence of Santa Claus brought even more cheer to the children. Some thrill rides were also sponsored by Berjaya Times Square Theme Park for the children prior to dinner.
In conjunction to promote a sustainable lifestyle, the Hotel also presented each guest that evening with a reusable glass bottle and a set of metal straws with cutleries, encouraging reduction, reuse, and recycling. This initiative is in line with the sustainable efforts of the founder and Chairman of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan.
Embracing a plant-based diet is one of the ways we can help save the Earth from the depreciation of natural resources. Celebrating this season of love will be more meaningful with the start of a healthier diet and a greener lifestyle.
