Launched in conjunction with National Dim Sum Day 2023, our Dim Sum Making Classes, available with advanced reservations, are priced at RM168 per person. These classes are scheduled every Sunday at 3 PM, with each session lasting approximately 1.5 hours. To make it even more enjoyable, we offer a Family Fun package for RM714, accommodating up to 5 participants. The best part? You get to take home all the delicious dim sum you create, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
During this hands-on experience, participants will create three distinct steamed and fried dim sum delicacies, all presented in a single basket. Guided by Chef Lo, there’s a delightful twist – the dim sum dishes are selected beforehand, adding an element of surprise to your culinary adventure. All you need to do is be present and follow step-by-step instructions to meticulously recreate these dishes.
