Among the Valentines Dishes Highlights were; Barbecues Smoked Lamb, Grilled Beef with Spicy Mongolian Sauce, Roasted Chicken with Percik Sauce, Baked Carjun Chicken Drumsticks, Claypot Lamb Briyani, Prawn Bisque with Cheese Crouton, Smoked Norwegian Salmon and Prawn Cocktail.
