Premium retail hub brings expert guidance, interactive learning, and a new brand ambassador to inspire Malaysians

M+Global, the award-winning all-in-one trading app by Malacca Securities, has unveiled Malaysia’s first Stockbroking Concept Store at KL Eco City, setting a new benchmark for financial literacy and accessible investing.
Designed around the brand’s promise of “Less Guessing, More Guiding,” the pioneering retail space aims to bridge the nation’s financial knowledge gaps through hands-on education, expert consultations, and interactive learning experiences. The initiative comes as studies continue to show Malaysians remain vulnerable to financial shocks despite gradual improvements in national financial literacy levels.
A Hub for Financial Empowerment
The M+Global Concept Store combines digital fintech innovation with a human touch, offering visitors access to an investment learning hub, private consultation rooms, a product experience zone, and even a playful “Snap It” photo corner. Customers can also seek face-to-face guidance from a pool of over 200 licensed investment experts, ensuring financial advice is tailored to individual needs.
“The Concept Store cements M+Global’s role in helping Malaysians move beyond just saving to actively growing their wealth with clarity and confidence,” said Lim Chia Wei, Managing Director of M+Global. “We are committed to providing not only tools, but also the guidance and education that make financial empowerment possible.”

The store will also host a series of free workshops, seminars, and talk shows featuring leading voices in financial education. October will kick off with BBK Network, known for simplifying money topics in a relatable way, followed by Financial Faiz in November, who will share practical strategies for wealth building. A mystery guest is slated to headline in January.
Addressing Malaysia’s Financial Literacy Gaps
Despite progress—Bank Negara Malaysia’s MyFLIC Index rose from 57.1 in 2018 to 59.1 in 2024—surveys reveal ongoing challenges. In 2024, 61% of Malaysians struggled to raise RM1,000 in an emergency, while 26% admitted to being weighed down by debt, particularly among youth.
By making financial literacy engaging and approachable, M+Global hopes to equip Malaysians with resilience against such vulnerabilities.

Rising Star Joins as Brand Ambassador
Adding inspiration to the launch, Toh Ee Wei, Malaysia’s rising badminton star and 2025 World Championships mixed doubles gold medallist, was introduced as M+Global’s first brand ambassador.
“M+Global is proud to partner with Ms. Toh, whose journey mirrors our own mission of perseverance and growth,” said Lim. “Her legacy, continuing her father’s two decades of service with M+Global, makes her an ideal role model for young Malaysians to take charge of their financial futures.”
Launch Promotions
To celebrate the grand opening, the Concept Store is rolling out limited-time promotions:
Free Coffee: From September 23–26, visitors who share their experience on social media with #mplusglobal and #mplusglobalconceptstore will receive a complimentary coffee.
Gashapon Lucky Draw: Customers who leave a 5-star Google review with photos stand a chance to win prizes.
Exclusive Merchandise: The first 50 customers to download the M+Global app, register, and open an account will receive a limited-edition Teh Tarik Mau figurine.
With this launch, M+Global blends fintech with face-to-face education, underscoring its mission to make financial knowledge accessible, practical, and empowering for all Malaysians.
