From the 1st to the 30th of August 2023, Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences is honored to host the distinguished Japanese chef, Hiroshi Masuda, celebrated for his mastery in the art of “Kaiseki” cuisine, the pinnacle of Japanese culinary craftsmanship.
Chef Hiroshi, a true authority in the world of “Kaiseki” cuisine, will grace Sedap Restaurant with his presence to unveil a captivating array of his signature Japanese dishes, presented in an alluring buffet format. This special Japanese-themed buffet will remain open for enjoyment until the close of August 2023.
Its dinner buffet extravaganza will feature an assortment of both traditional and contemporary Japanese delights, encompassing starters, main courses, and desserts, alongside a delightful selection of premium seafood, local specialties, and international cuisine. Experience the live culinary artistry of Chef Hiroshi as he expertly slices sashimi, crafts his iconic sushi, prepares the delectable grilled black cod teriyaki, and serves up exquisite tempura.
With a wealth of experience spanning Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, Russia, Germany, and Japan, Chef Hiroshi’s culinary journey is noteworthy. Notably, he recently showcased his talents as a participant in the Iron Chef Thailand Competition.
Throughout this one-month culinary celebration, guests will have the opportunity to savor the enchanting essence of Japanese cuisine in each carefully crafted dish, all presented in a buffet-style setting.
In addition to an enticing selection of fresh sashimi, nigiri, and sushi, our guest chef will present an assortment of delicate creations, meticulously prepared using the finest ingredients and traditional Japanese cooking techniques. Revel in the flavors of grilled lamb chop with wasabi miso, succulent salmon teriyaki, the indulgent beef katsu Japanese schnitzel, the heartwarming simmered chicken and vegetables “Chikuzen ni,” and much more.
Complementing this feast, a variety of popular Japanese beverages will be available, including Japanese green tea, Japanese roasted green tea, Japanese genmaicha, and Japanese barley tea.
