This year’s buka puasa, Eastin Hotel is bringing back their all-time popular Ici-Icip Kampungku Buffet dinner at Swez Brasserie; an all-day dining restaurant throughout the month of Ramadhan.
Lead by Chef Dennie and Chef Hafiz, Swez Brasserie are offering more than 100 local Malay dishes in its buffet spread including traditional Malaysian cuisine and 15 action stalls. The main highlights in its spread back by demand were its signature Traditional Roasted Lamb Stuffed with Arab Rice, Soup Gear Box Berempah, Nasi Lemak Kukus Daun Teratai and Venison Rendang.
The buffet spread also features some local favourite dishes such as Rendang Rusa, Ikan Patin Kukus Asam Limau Kasturi, Masakan Kawah, Popis Goreng Kelapa Manis, Laksa Kuah Putih, Sambal Udang dengan Belimbing Buluh, Burung Puyuh Berempah and many more.
At their Masakan Kawah stall also features Gulai Telur Ikan, Masak Lemak Siput Sedut, Rendang Daging Tetel, Kari Kepala Ikan Merah and Gulai Tunjang.
To end the meal, lets not forgetting about the desserts! Be spoiled with varieties of selection on desserts in their spread such as Pandan Jackfruit Mousse Cake, Chocolate Walnut Mud Cake, Cheese Chocolate Banana Apam Balik, Pengat Nagka Madu Bersao, Kurma, Dodol and many more.
