The concern that we have the most when eating out is the ingredients that restaurants were using. In order to save money, some business owners prefer to purchase cheaper or lower graded ingredients for their dishes and some even include lots of MSGs into their dishes to makes them taste better.
Recently we have dropped by at Subang Jaya SS15 to try out one of the foods from a newly opened cafe there called; Three Plates Full. As we had heard about that cafe only serve honest ingredients with sincere cooking. The restaurant was looking into providing good food with quality ingredients and their sincerity in cooking.
Among the signature dishes in their menu were; Charred Choy Tam, Salmon Gravlax Salad, Crispy Fried Chicken, Potato Gratin, Sesame Prawn Toast, US Pork Collar (300g) Sous Vide (served with mustard, sea salt, and confit garlic), and Chunky Lamb Ragu Pasta. As for drink, Handcrafted Orange Assam and Cold Brew Coffee is a must order items from their drink menu as it really taste good!
