Christmas is coming and this year, Hilton had prepared something special for its guest to enjoy Christmas. Hilton Kuala Lumpur will be featuring a variety of gifts, feasts and experiences specially curated for a delightful Christmas, under one roof.

With “Light of the Season” leading its festive theme, the hotel underscores a heartwarming return of year-end celebrations, friendly get-togethers, rekindled family moments and a renewed spirit of festivities with varieties of specialized cuisines in the hotel.

Grilled for the Christmas Connoisseur by Chambers Grill

From the pastoral perfection of Queensland Augustus Station, Chambers Grill offers tender, marbled, melts-in-your-mouth meat of Ribeye or Tomahawk served with splendid sides such as Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Smoked Turkey, Braised Red Cabbage or Duck Fat Fries. Guest could also be ending the evening with a Flambé Bombe Alaska served with Amarena Cherry Ice Cream and Panettone. The meal is best to be paired with one of its red or white wine from RM80 nett per glass or from RM385 nett per bottle.

Japanese Cuisines by Iketeru

From the wintry oceans of Japan, Iketeru’s Executive Chef Masami Okamoto curates the highest quality ingredients and seasonal produce for this exclusive festive season. For starters, diners could begin the luxurious multi-dish course with a Sakizuke entry – Sashimi Cocktail and California Roll to whet the appetite. Move along with the Teppan Grilled Halibut with Vegetables, Unagi Yanagawa Ikura Gobou Mitsuba, Wagyu Shabu-Shabu and Ebi Tempura and Vegetables. Close this indulgent affair with a Wafu Parfait to seal the deal on this festive meal.

Chinese Cuisines by Chynna

Chynna Chinese Restaurant’s Celebrity Chynna’s Chef Lam Hock Hin has created mouth-watering specials highlighting familiar comforts and contemporary takes in a six-part medley of culinary craftsmanship. Diners could indulge themself with its Mango Cheese with Creamed Egg White, Seaweed and Caviar. For poultry, they have an elevated Smoked London Duck. To end the meal, diners could try out its Black Sugar and Blueberry Sauce for added depth and character. If you are a person who loves soups, savour yourself with a nourishing Seafood Soup with Blended Mint and slurp on comforting Japanese Somen Noodles with Superior Broth and Seared Scallops. Of course the meal will not be complete with Cantonese dish affair; classic Steamed Fish Fillet with Lime Juice, Seared Giant Prawn with Chilli Egg Sauce, and tuck into a jolly end with the refreshing Chilled Pear Infused with Midori Liqueur, Peach Gum and Ground Nuts.
