Ramadhan is here and this year Furama Bukit Bintang is offering a taste of Mom’s Cooking with its “Sajian Ibunda” Buffet Dinner from 1 – 16 April 2023 at its Spices Restaurant for its guests.
Inspired by Executive Sous Chef Mohd Azrul Bin Idrais’s mother’s tender loving dishes, Chef Mohd Azrul and his team had came out with a series of dishes for this Ramadhan. Ranging from Starters & Appetizers, Hot Dishes, Live Cooking Stations and Dessert Station.
Among the dishes highlights were; Ayam Masak Merah Diraja, Ikan Bawal Masak Lemak Cili Api, Gulai Daging Kawah, Ikan Bawal Assam Pedas, Udang Berlado, Balinese Squid, includes Roasted Lamb with Black Pepper Sauce, Grilled Chicken with Creamy Mango Sauce, Baked Tuscan Chicken, Lamb Varuval, Fried Curry Crabs, Kam Heong Chicken and Salted Egg Prawns.
Sajian Ibunda is priced at RM 128 nett per adult, RM 58 nett per child (aged 5-12 years) and RM 78 nett per senior citizen (aged 65 years and above). A “Buy 10 Get 12” deal (adult passes only) is available and offers great value for larger groups. These passes may be used for dine-in during week days and weekends.
