As Malaysians, we have all grown up relishing a diverse array of beloved dishes like otak-otak, fragrant lemongrass-infused delicacies, flavorful curry chicken, and petai. At Dorsett Grand Subang, we have elevated these cherished classics to new culinary heights. Allow us to tantalize your taste buds with an exciting and innovative range of dim sum.

To add a touch of excitement to your palate, savor creations like otak-otak siew mai, curry chicken buns, petai buns, black pepper siew mai, and otak-otak lemongrass balls. And let’s not forget the tantalizing “Taiwan style” steamed rice rolls with egg and smoked duck. The Emperor Chinese Restaurant, renowned for its authentic Muslim-friendly dim sum, also offers a selection of perennial favorites, including the delectably fluffy steamed buns with BBQ chicken, the crowd-pleasing crispy cheong fun with prawns, succulent prawn dumplings, cheesy deep-fried prawn rolls, and the irresistible deep-fried durian. Additionally, the deep-fried Chinese pancake, although not listed on the menu, can be requested from our attentive service staff. Even if you’re not a Chinese pancake enthusiast, this one from The Emperor is worth trying. Pan-fried to perfection with a satisfying crispiness and generously filled with lotus paste, it provides the perfect sweet conclusion to your dining experience.

For devoted durian aficionados, our deep-fried durian dish practically overflows with luscious durian pulp with every mouthful!
