If you are looking to dine in at home, you may also take away its Rosted in Chinatown Turkey a special Bak Kwa Crusted Mandarin Turkey. Brined 24 hours, its succulent Tom Turkey is crusted with Oloiya’s lagendary Chicken Bak Kwa and roasted to perfection with flavours reminiscent of our Malaysian’s local food scene. Truffled potatoes, apple and chestnut stuffing, maple glazed carrots, sauteed broccolini with almond flakes and roasted Brussel sprouts will be added into the Turkey takeway too.
