Doubletree Kuala Lumpur’s Makan Kitchen is well known with its delicious buffet spread. Aligning with its group’s nationwide “Citaradsa Serantau” Ramadhan campaign, Doubletree Kuala Lumpur has came our with a series of local delicacies inspired by Malaysia’s unique cultural tapestry and culinary heritage.
Citarasa Serantau which means flavors or taste from the region, not only highlights local favorites but also dishes from our neighboring countries like Indonesia and Thailand. Malaysia stands out as the center of diversity in Asia and this year, Makan Kitchen will be featuring a variety of its signature dishes and action stalls that promises a feast for the senses.
Diners would be able to indulge in a specially crafted menu with up to 100 dishes prepared at the live cooking station, served fresh off the grill and hot out of the oven offering an enhanced dining experience for diners and features a wide array of premium signature dishes such as Kambing Golek Station, Rendang Peha Kambing Bakar with Spices, Udang Harimau Masak Lemak Tempoyak, Charcoal Grilled Seafood Station, Lemang Pulut with a variety of Serunding and Fresh Tiger Prawn with Oatmeal Cereal Butter.
Diners could also enjoy the decadent Durian Tempura and an array of ice-cream flavors from Baskin Robbins. As bazaars are popular for their colourful beverages, it’s always a treat to explore new flavours. Try the crowd favourite Teh Tarik Pandan, Teh Tarik Boba with Gula Melaka, Masala Tea, Chai, Kopi Kampung, Calamansi Asam Boi, Milo ais and more.
The ‘Bazaar Citarasa Serantau Buffet’ is priced at RM228 nett per adult and RM114 nett per child (6 to 12 years old) and children below 5 years old eat for free.
