The buffet kicks off with a selection of local appetisers, setting the stage for an indulgent feast. Diners can then explore a variety of royal dishes, each offering a taste of Malaysia’s diverse culinary heritage:
– Daging Pesamah Diraja Perak – A slow-braised Australian grass-fed beef dish, rich in spices and boasting deep, aromatic flavors.
– Udang Galah Sambal Lado – Freshwater prawns bathed in a fiery sambal, infused with onion and lemongrass for a perfect balance of heat and fragrance.
– Ayam Opor Kacang – Cage-free chicken simmered in a nutty peanut sauce with hints of pandan and palm sugar, delivering a creamy, comforting bite.
– Paru Goreng Berempah – Crispy beef offal, coated with local spices and fried to golden perfection, giving it a delightful crunch with every bite.
