Every Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Thyme transforms into a BBQ paradise, offering an impressive lineup of twelve different types of meat and seafood, expertly grilled to perfection.

What’s on the Grill?

BBQ Stingray: One bite of the BBQ stingray, and you’ll be hooked. The fish is tender with a mild flavor, but the magic happens with the slightly charred edges. The smoky undertone is complemented by a light seasoning that doesn’t overpower the delicate taste of the stingray. The BBQ stingray was a standout for us —simple yet bursting with flavor.

Hoisin Scallops: The scallops are plump and perfectly grilled, with a sweet and savory hoisin glaze that adds depth to their natural sweetness. The slight caramelization from the grill gives the scallops a beautiful texture and flavor. These were little gems of flavor! The hoisin glaze paired perfectly with the delicate scallops.

Hariyali Fish: A refreshing departure from the traditional BBQ fare, the Hariyali fish is marinated in a blend of fresh herbs and spices. The result is a flavorful yet light dish, with hints of mint and coriander coming through in every bite. We loved how fresh and vibrant this dish tasted—it’s a great choice if you’re looking for something lighter.

Tandoori Shrimp: Bold, spicy, and aromatic, the tandoori shrimp is a showstopper. The spices are just right, not too overwhelming, allowing the sweetness of the shrimp to shine through. The tandoori shrimp had just the right amount of heat and was grilled to perfection—definitely a dish we’ll go back for seconds!

Lamb Shoulder: For lamb lovers, this is a must-try. The lamb shoulder is juicy, with just the right amount of fat to give it that rich, buttery taste. Each bite is packed with flavor, enhanced by subtle spices that leave a lasting impression. We couldn’t get enough of this—perfectly cooked and seasoned, the lamb shoulder was a highlight of the evening.

Korean Beef Bulgogi: This classic Korean dish is all about balance—sweet, savory, and smoky. The beef bulgogi is tender, with a delightful blend of soy, garlic, and sesame flavors that coat each slice. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the bulgogi marinade was spot on.
