Our visit was a delightful culinary journey, and we had the opportunity to try some of the latest must-try specialties. Here’s a closer look at the delectable dishes we savored:

Prawn Salad Honeydew Bowl
A refreshing and vibrant start to our meal, this dish featured plump, succulent prawns tossed in a creamy dressing, beautifully presented in a carved honeydew bowl. The natural sweetness of the honeydew complemented the fresh prawns perfectly, offering a light yet indulgent bite.

Stuffed Bird’s Nest Chicken Wing & Bamboo Pith with Superior Soup
A showcase of the chef’s expertise, the chicken wing was meticulously deboned and stuffed with bird’s nest, creating a delightful contrast of textures. Paired with the delicate flavors of bamboo pith and a deeply flavorful superior soup, this dish was both nourishing and elegant.

Fiery Cherry Duck
A masterpiece of flavors, the Fiery Cherry Duck was roasted to perfection with a beautifully crisp skin and tender meat beneath. The addition of cherry sauce added a subtle sweetness, perfectly balancing the rich and smoky taste of the duck. Musang King Ice Cream & Mango Tart
Ending our meal on a high note, the Musang King ice cream was pure durian bliss—creamy, pungent, and absolutely luxurious. Paired with a light and buttery mango tart, this dessert was a delightful balance of tropical flavors.

“Dang Ying” Red Bean Pumpkin Ball with Banana
A unique and enjoyable dessert, the crispy pumpkin ball had a delightful chewiness, giving way to a warm red bean filling with a hint of banana. The combination of textures and flavors made it a perfect ending to our Cantonese feast.
