Dorsett Hospitality International is thrilled to announce the immediate appointment of Harmesh Singh as the new General Manager for Silka Maytower Kuala Lumpur.

Harmesh brings over 20 years of industry expertise, with a distinguished focus on Sales and Marketing as well as operations. His journey began in 1999 with the Mandarin Singapore, and he subsequently advanced his hospitality career in Malaysia with the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur and the Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur.
In 2006, he ventured into the tour and travel field, serving as the Operations Manager for Tour East Malaysia and later as the Executive Director at Look Asia Holidays Malaysia in 2008. Returning to the hotel industry in 2011, Harmesh joined Country Heights Holdings, overseeing sales and marketing for Palace of The Golden Horses & Mines Wellness Resort @ Philea Resort and later as the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing for Tanjung Rhu Langkawi, Malaysia.

Until his recent appointment, Harmesh served as the Director of Sales & Marketing for WEIL Hotel, a 5-star establishment in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, a position held since 2018.
With his extensive knowledge, Harmesh is a valuable addition to the Dorsett Hospitality International family. In his new role, he assumes full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Silka Maytower Kuala Lumpur, focusing on growth and profitability. Reporting directly to Clarence Wong, Chief Operating Officer of Dorsett Hospitality International MY, Harmesh will play a crucial role in steering the hotel to success.
In addition to his responsibilities at Silka Maytower Kuala Lumpur, Harmesh has been appointed as the General Manager for the 347-room Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur, situated at Leboh Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
