Weddings at Renaissance Showcase 2025” set to debut on September 20
Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre is set to debut its first-ever Weddings at Renaissance Showcase on September 20, 2025, bringing an immersive experience designed to inspire couples with style, story, and sophistication.
The one-day event promises to transform wedding aspirations into unforgettable realities, featuring a full spectrum of possibilities—from elegant venues and curated catering to bridal fashion, décor inspirations, and extraordinary experiential highlights.
“We are thrilled to unveil our very first wedding showcase, marking our commitment to creating unique and unforgettable celebrations,” said Martin Ehlers, Multi-property General Manager of Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre and Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre. “Together with our partners, this showcase gives couples an experiential setting to explore innovative wedding packages and our award-winning culinary offerings, thoughtfully crafted for a lifetime of memories.”
Hosted at the hotel’s pillarless Grand Ballroom, a venue steeped in nostalgia since 1996, the showcase also reflects the ballroom’s architectural transformation following the hotel’s reopening in 2023. Couples can expect guided experiences led by wedding specialists, exploring everything from bridal styling and décor inspirations to immersive food and beverage sessions.
A highlight of the day includes the debut partnership with J & Kel Creation, presenting an exclusive runway show featuring bridal gowns and jewellery collections unveiled to the public for one day only. Guests will also experience “The Art of Catering” by the hotel’s culinary team, the signature “Evenings at Renaissance” mixology ritual, and a private hotel tour with access to the Presidential Suite.
Adding to the grandeur, the showcase is supported by distinguished partners including J’Adore Atelier, Renaissance Paris Republique Hotel, Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa, Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel, Louis Gan Photography, Ken Chan Production, O Flwr, By Laura, Shatila Scribes, Chuck’s, A.F.S. Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Japhet Bong, and Bloom & Grooms Florist.
Couples attending the showcase will also enjoy exclusive wedding packages with Marriott Bonvoy privileges and extraordinary rewards.
