eRayn3 have recently visited a netizens well known pork ribs cafe named Down to Bones. Down To Bones isa casual Western eatery located at Taman OUG.

When you arrive at Jalan Hujan Rahmat 3, you will never missed a bright neon sign welcomes you with the tagline “sek pai guat, hari hari kuat”. A landmark that you could easily find.

Down to Bones initially started in a POP up store which is operated by a young group of people as part time that operates over weekend only and now has expanded to a shop in Taman OUG.

The secret of it’s success are it’s high quality pork ribs and tasty pastas with an affordable price. Some of the signature foods at Down to Bones were:

Mushroom Soup & Tomato Soup

Aglio “Porky” Oilio – Classic aglio olio with clazed ‘baby’ ribs

Chicken 2.0 – Grilled whole herbed chicken thigh with butter sauce, buttery mash & coleslaw

Crispy Buttermilk Fried Chicken – Butter milk soaked fried boneless chicken thigh with fried onion sauce and cheese sauce, buttery mash & coleslaw

Lamb – Lamb Shoulder with fresh mint sauce, buttery mash & coleslaw

Pork Ribs – Market-sourced two stick pork ribs in DTB sauce, buttery mash coleslaw
