Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel and Residences (Pullman KLCC) honours this holy month with the insertion of Citarasa Sedap buffet dinner spread from 27 April until 22 May 2020.

This year, Pullman KLCC’s Sedap Restaurant will be donning several customs, featuring an Asian fusion menu. From traditional dishes with twists of their own, Ayam Bakar Tebu and Rendang Rusa, to the locally infused Japanese cuisine; serunding Maki rolls, are among few of the dishes that will be highlighted on the spread.

Breaking the barriers of typical cuisines but still maintaining the timeless traditional flavor and identity, Pullman KLCC’s Sedap Restaurant has prepared an array of innovative dishes, condiments and assortments of delectable that caters to sate the palate of all ages.

In order to give the full Malaysian ambience and experience, the food stations will stretch from inside Sedap Restaurant to the outdoors in front of the hotel lobby main entrance, where visitors can seep in the bazaar ambience while enjoy choosing and picking up to 200 different type of dishes!

Some of the definitely not-to-be-missed delicacies are locally infused Takoyaki and Oden, Signature Hot Pot Soup complemented with freshly squeezed Sugar Cane juice. Embracing the latest trend in today’s culinary mashup, Sedap Restaurant will also be featuring viral-derived grubs such as pisang goreng and keropok lekor cheese, cheesy potato twisters and boba tea, which can be found at the outdoor stalls right in front of Pullman KLCC’s main entrance.

For those who are looking for Instagrammable or photo/video moments, Sedap will have three live kitchens where the chefs will specially prepare meals on-the-spot, chosen by the visitors. Fares such as oden, dim sum and assortments of laksa, will make any mouth waters just by looking at them.

Open the buka puasa with the ‘Create Your Own Classic Favourite Kerabu’ island, where visitors can mix and match different types of herbal kerabu condiments, such as Shredded Chicken, Prawns, Squid Peanut ‘’Melanau Prawn Umai Salads’’ Banana Blossom & choice of Homemade Dressing Pie Tee. Fresh tropical fruits selection are also available and can be turned to rojak with just a splash of shrimp paste for a more local ensemble.

A more savoury options are available with 11 custom made sambal selection featuring the likes of Durian Cured Chilies & Vietnamese Mint (Sambal Tempoyak Daun Kesum) and Bird Eye Anchovy’s Chilies (Sambal Ikan Bilis Tumbuk Cili Api), among others. Served with assorted crackers and pickles such as Prawn Crackers and Melinjo Chips, these platters will leave the visitors wanting more.

The main dish area islands the classic Steamed White Rice together with dishes such as Stir Fried Beef Lung with Chili Paste, Duck Egg with Coconut Cream and Eggplant, Beef Simmered with Potato and Spices and Wok-fried Vegetables with Young Corn among others. Peeking into Aidilfitri festive selection, the spread also features an array of ketupat palas and lemang. Visitors can choose a variety of toppings including Assorted Beef or Chicken Floss in Asian Spices & Chilies or opt for the traditional porridge with assorted toppings (bubur lambuk).
