Meat lovers can now make a delicious start to the weekend at Mövenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya with the launch of a new weekly Friday Night Carvery Roast & Buffet at the resort’s stylish Twist restaurant.
The highlight of the evening is a Live Carving Station featuring beautifully roasted Prime Pork Rib, Leg of Lamb, Farm Chicken, Seabass in Salt Crust and Cantonese Duck. Other dishes prepared a la minute include freshly cooked Italian favourites at the Live Pasta station, as well as a creamy Caesar Salad with Smoked Duck & Smoked Chicken prepared fresh in front of diners.
Homemade soups set the stage for the timeless flavours of Thai and Western mains, including Roasted Chicken Red Curry with Roasted Pineapple and Braised Beef Cheek Bourguignon. Delectable desserts such as Blueberry Charlotte Mousse and Peanut Butter Mousse with Almond Crumble provide a suitably decadent way to round off the culinary adventure.
Featuring a contemporary design with a laid-back vibe, Twist is an inviting venue for casual buffet-style dining. On Saturdays, the restaurant serves a spectacular seafood buffet with an array of different specials including Mussels, Sweet Cockles, Oysters, Blue Crab, White Prawn and freshly caught fish prepared using special recipes.
Diners can try local favourites such as Yam Sam Krob – Crispy Thai Salad Chili Paste Dressing, Larb Pla Muk – Squid Salad with Rice Flakes and Thai Herbs, or Yam Pak Bong krob, Crispy Morning Glory Salad with Peanut Dressing. Live stations also serve fresh grilled seafood selections and hot dishes include Salt Crusted Whole Baked Seabass, Sautéed Blue Mussel with White Wine and Deep Fried Snapper.
Assorted breads and dips add to the taste and texture choices, while the dessert selection offers tempting treats like Chinese Pear Tart with lime cream, Toffee & Mocha Mousse, and Baked Marble Mango Cheesecake.
