When comes to buffet, we will always have an impression the foods were precooked in a large scale and we will not be expecting much quality on the foods then.
But this doesn’t happens when you are in Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur. With the themed ‘Citrarasa Harmoni’ this Ramadhan, the buffet spread will be freshly prepared on the spot during your stay there.
To start off, you may find a wide variety of Malay appetisers to choose over such as pecal desa, tauhu sumbat, acar limau, popiah basah, and nasi ulam. Kerabu such as kerabu satay ayam served with cucumber and res onions, kerabu nyonya hidupan laut served with sambal kelapa tumbuk, kerabu ikan salai served with ulaman desa, kerabu perut bakar racik served with sambal kelapa and kerabu pucuk ubi served with daging racik and cabai merah was also being served.
As for main dishes, Le Meridien will be featuring ayam kalio with potatoes, udang galah with tempoyak and lemak cili kampung and daging pesamah utara with rebung, kerisik ikan tongkol berlado hijau, rendang kambing and wok-fried vegetables during ramadhan for its guest.
For goreng-goreng lovers, Le Meridien has prepared some instant fried Malay delicacies such as aneka pisang, nangka, keledek, keladi, sukun, cempedak, keropok lekor with sos pedas.
For noodle soup lovers, guest may be able to try out laksa Sarawak, mee kari and sup herba. Kuih muih is also one of its local delicacies highlights that will be offered at Lee Meridien such as kuih tepung talam, kuih apam balik, fresh sates, lompang warna warni, kuih ketayap, kuih cara manis, kuih tepung pelita and kuih wajik.
Meal will not be complete without desserts! Check out their ABC and Cendol and a selection of soft serve ice cream, plain or fruity yoghurt that will definitely satisfy your taste buds.
