This year, to celebrate food, culture, and tradition with diverse Asian delicacies at the InterContinental® Kuala Lumpur from 13 April to 12 May 2021 in its all-day dining restaurant Serena Brasserie will be offering “Keceriaan Senja” buffet with delicious signature offerings such as beautifully cooked Kambing Bakar Chef Yussof; rich and luscious Ikan Merah Tiga Rasa Chef Taza; Nasi Briyani Chef Taza and Nasi Ayam Chef Wong and varieties of local kuih-muih that will definitely satisfy your sweet taste buds.

Besides the highlights above, the buffet also boasts generous servings of Malay appetizers and ocean-fresh seafood such as Slipper Lobsters, Oysters, Scallops and Mussels. The Indian corner features Chicken Tandoori, Lamb Biryani, Fish Head Curry. Fans of Oriental cuisine can look forward to Wok-Fried Clams with Kam Heong Sauce.

They also have eight action stations with à la minute specials prepared on the spot offering freshly made foods such as Murtabak, Tandoori, Rojak, and Kibas Bakar. Other stations include the grilled station, featuring, ikan bakar, satay ayam or beef, seafood, Lamb Shoulder and Beef Steak, a deep-fried station and a dessert station serving Ice Cream, Cendol and Ice Kacang.

The Keceriaan Senja buffet is priced at RM 119 nett per adult and RM 75 nett per child (6-12 years old)
