Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral has celebrated its food truck, Refuel on Rewheels second anniversary last last week. Following with the success of Aloft’s food truck, Mr. Rubiel Maih the General of Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral has launched its new service catering foods at clients door steps.
This service are specially catering to corporate and private events at any locations outside of the hotel with an extensive menu for events. The menu will offer its clients the option to a buffet spread with selected items prepared live on the food truck fresh serving a Muhibbah sets featuring a variety of local dishes or the choice to pick items of the food truck’s regular quick bites menu.
“With Refuel on Wheels, we have the opportunity to inject some fun and live action cooking to out catering services. We’d like to create some excitement for our clients and having our chefs cooking up hot dishes from the back of the food truck at an event would definitely switch things up in terms of our catering offers” said Mr Rubel Miah
Chef Faizal Bin Mohd Saiful Bahrin and its team has prepared a food truck catering menu offering a mixture of Malaysian and Western influences including the Hotel’s all-day dining retaurant’s signature dishes such as Sarawak Laksa and a range of other favourites including Kam Heong Chicken and Rice, Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Spaghetti Pestos, Pulled Beef Burger and many more. The menu also features Cold Selections of Tuna Sandwich, Egg Sandwich, Chicken Tortilla Roll, Vegetarian Ciabatta Sandwich and Granola Yogurt in Cup, Fruits, Salads and juices.
