Ramadhan is coming and this year The Boulevard St. Giles Hotel in Mid Valley will be offering a Ramadhan’s Bazaria Buffet Dinner by the Poolside.

The buffet spread take place at its Wild Rice Restaurant which is located at level 9 our the hotel headed by Chef Shang; one of Malaysian’s most decorated chefs over a decade of culinary experience in both traditional and high-end cuisines.

To start off, try their Traditional Ulam-Ulaman and Kerabu to excite those taste buds, before diving into a generous serving of Nasi Briyani, coupled with Ayam Rendang Pucuk Ubi (Tapioca Leaf Rendang Chicken), Ekor Asam Pedas (Spicy & Sour Oxtail), Sambal Petai Prawn and Terung Berlada (Peppered Eggplant).

Wild Rice Restaurant also has a grill section where diners could enjoy Ayam Percik (Coconut Spiced Chicken), Roast Lamb, Honey-Coated Chicken Wings and an assortment of grilled fish. There were also a wide array of desserts such as local puddings, kuih-muih, ais kacang, tapai ubi and tapai pulut.
