While maintaining their signature dishes in its buffet spread, Makan Kitchen have also created more than 8 types of special cuisine based on Seafoods theme such as Giant estuary grouper noodle, Claypot mud crab congee (made to order), Charcoal grilled ikan bakar, Charcoal roasted whole spring chicken, Crab briyani rice, Grilled US oysters, Sashimi counter, Tempura counter and many more.
