Royshi Signature a newly opened Japanese restaurant in Atria Shopping Gallery is the most spoken Japanese restaurant in town.

Last weekend, eRayn3 has a chance to visit the restaurant for lunch. Looking a their menu, they offers varieties of dishes ranging from the usual Sake, Appetisers, Sashimi, Sushi, Maki, Rice, Noodles, Teppanyaki, Hotpots, the well-loved Kushiyaki items covering meats, seafood and vegetables and also grilled items.

During out visit, we have tried out their signature dishes such as Horensho Bacon (spinach bacon salad), Ryoshi Sashimi Mori (Maguro, Salmon, Tako, Hotate, Amaebi, Kampachi), Kaisen Nabe (Assorted Seafood Hot Pot with choice of spicy kimchi miso or udon soup base), Hakusai Buta Nabe (Cabbage and Pork hotpot), Buta Bara (pork belly skewers), Enoki Bacon (bacon wrapped Enoki mushroom), Yaki Tori (chicken), Shitake (mushroom), Moyashi Pirikara Itame (stir-fried spicy pork with bean sprouts), Yaki Buta (Grilled pork belly in special sauce), Tori Nanban (crispy chicken soaked in Nanban sauce), Hire Katsu (fried pork fillet cutlet), Oyster Maki (oyster sushi roll), Ryoshi Buta Maki (pork sushi roll), Goya Chanpuru (pan fried bitter gourd with egg) Moyashi Pirikara Itame (stir-fried spicy pork with bean sprouts and chives) and newly introduced dish Buta Bara Kushi

After a try at Royshi Signature, we have understand why it has been so well received by many people which makes this restaurant full of people compare to other in the shopping gallery even though it was a bit far off towards the end of the shopping mall. It was definitely the taste of the Japanese foods that could be widely accepted by all levels of people. Even the elderly.
