With the obsession in barbequeing meats ‘low and slow’; inspired by the authentic Southern American way, the Restaurateur Kam Kok Fung has decided to opened up another American inspired resturant specializing in full-flavour-barbequed meats.

Located besides of the busy road of Desa Sri Hartamas (behind Starbucks), Burnin Pit was one of the highly rated restaurant in the area for its American atmosphere and of course its grilled meats.

It BBQ meats were cooked low and slow for more than 12 hours in a flavoured custom-built wood-fire smoker (cooked fresh daily) marinated with 3 types of pepper table pepper, ground pepper and black pepper and sea salt to build a flavourful meat. Its mouthwatering beef brisket, beef ribs, lamb and chicken paired with its sides such as Mac and Cheese, Southern “Slaw, Homemade Beans, Grilled Vegetables and Balsamic Reduction, Grilled Corn and Coconut Milk, and Mash Potato with Beef Bacon Bits were one of the thing that keeps its guest coming over and over again.

These meat were best to goes with 2 of its house made sauces: Smoky BBQ Gula Melaka and Vinegar Fruity Peach Sauce. If you would like to have some snacks, Squid Salted Egg Yolk would be one of a good choice.

In conjunction with it’s first anniversary, Burnin Pit will be offering Buy One Free One promotion on whole month of July for its Lunch starting from 12pm-3pm daily for dine in customers.
