Mid of this month, Malaysia Boleh; a Singapore based foodcourt has mark it footsteps into Malaysia by opening it’s first outlet in Four Season Place KL (just right beside KLCC).
Yes you never heard it wrongly, Malaysia Boleh foodcourt is not opened by a Malaysian company. It was a foodcourt that has been operated by Singapore company to offer famous Malaysian foods to it’s diners.
In conjunction with their success in Singapore, they expanded their reach to Malaysia too with the same concept.
By localizing the foods to local taste and with an affordable price, Malaysia Boleh has always been filled up with many diners during lunch and dinner time no matter what day it is.
Singapore’s Malaysia Boleh has lighter taste compare to Malaysian’s Malaysia Boleh.
The foods that they offers mainly comes from Penang; Penang Char Kuey Tiau, Penang Carrot Cake, Penang Hokkien Mee, Penang Asam Laksa, Penang Friend Oyster and Penang Cendol.
Beside that the food court also offers Traditional Handmade Pau, Chilly Ban Mian, Ipoh Pork Kuay Tiao, Pudu Fried Chicken, Nasi Lemak, Curry Chicken Noodle, Pudu BBQ, Clay Pot Chicken Rice, Klang Bak Kut Teh, Ipoh Bunteong Bean Sprout Chicken, Pork Porridge, Yong Kee Char Kuey Tiao, KL Wanton Mee and KL Hokkien Mee.
Most of us have concern about the authenticity of the foods especially when the food court or restaurant being run by foreigners. But be rest assured that all their cooks were all local.
