A famous Modern Thai cuisine cafe; Greyhound Cafe has set it footsteps into Mid Valley after receiving an overwhelming respond for its first outlet that is located in Ansa Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang.

Located at ground floor (right beside Garrett and Mid Valley’s Starbucks Coffee), Greyhound Mid Valley offers the same menu as Greyhound Ansa Kuala Lumpur in order to allow diners to enjoy the same foods and taste.

Why many people loves Greyhound? There were a few reasons this cafe was loved by many such as; great ambience and of course it foods and services.

The Greyhound Bangkok owners had a lot of control over how the place looks, dictating everything from the artwork and furniture right down to the tableware, to ensure as authentic an experience as possible. The results speak for themselves. The restaurant exudes chic sophistication in monochromatic shades of black, white, grey and brown, with fresh flowers on each table brightening up the space. Black-and-white alphabet tablets are embedded into the area surrounding the open bar in the middle of the restaurant, spelling out the words Greyhound Cafe over and over again.

Unlike Greyhound Bangkok which offers more varieties, Greyhound Malaysia have carefully selected its menu based on Malaysian taste buds. Hence be rest assured that any dish ordered from the menu will not go too wrong for its diners in terms of taste. Some of their signature dishes were;

Complicated Noodle – Noodle sheet with fresh lettuce leaves, minced chicken sauce and chili sauce.

Greyhound Famous Fried Chicken Wings – Deep fried marinated mini chicken wings in fish sauce

Mince Chicken with Sweet Basil and Hot Chilies – Served with Fried Egg, rice and clear soup

Penne with Spicy Light Pesto Sauce – Stir-fried penne, asparagus and mixed mushroom with light spicy pesto sauce and sprinkled with almond sticks

Phad Thai with Fresh Shrimp – Fried Thai rice noodle with tamarind sauce and fresh shrimps served with crushed peanut and chile flakes

Pomelo Salad – With roasted coconut bits, pounded dried shrimps and sprinkle with crispy fish, topped with sweet lime drassing, served with romaine and wild betel leaves
