Enak-enak Ramadhan

The “Enak-enak Ramadhan” buffet is offering a selection of more than 50-lip-smacking traditional delicacies from al over Malaysia only at RM 145 nett per person. With the great setting on the environment, it will definitely take diners on a trip down memory lane.

Arouse your taste buds with a few starters like Pecal Leleh, Kerabu Jantung Pisang and a variety of fresh ulam kampung accompanies by Cincalok, Budu and Sambal Belimbing as dips.


A dish that is guarantees to make you hit the buffet line repeatedly is our signature Sup Gearbox; it is thick, creamy, slightly sour and spicy stew-like soup made from cattle’s bone marrow.

Meanwhile , for those favoring an alternative to the richness of the former; our signature Steamed Silver Promfret will win your stomach. This dish can be customized to suit your palate with four different type of sauces Homemade Soy Sauce, Spick Black Bean, Oriental Ginger and Kicap Cili Api.








Another highly-celebrated dish is our very own Roti Pak Ali; it is an Omelette sandwich with chicken or beef, similar to Roti John which is originally served with sardine.

Wonders of Ifter at Terazza Brasserie

IMG_6082The Wonders of Iftar buffet at Terazza Brasserie in Dorset Grand Subang will transport guests to the Middle East with an enchanting ambiance of wispy colorful drapes, scintillating lamps and resplendent tents. The alluring sounds of Arabic instruments playing in the background throughout the evening will complement the colorful element of the Middle East. Guest can expect buka puasa over an assortment of delectable Middle Eastern, Western, European and Local cuisine at its all day dining restaurant cum Arabian paradise.

Available at RM 155 nett per person, Terazza Basserie will bring a delight to this year’s Ramadhan through its sumptuous feasts specially catered by the hotel’s culinary experts.

Break fast with a generous serving of Tabbouleh and Arabic bread paired with Hummus, Tahini and Labneh. Thereafter, indulge in special dishes such as Nasi Briyani Gam, Nasi Mandy with Roasted Whole Lamb and Hainanese Chicken Rice.




























Featuring up to ten live action stations, guests are able to satisfy their cravings at any or every station. At the Asam Pedas corner, diners are given the freedom to choose between mackerel, stingray or beef to accompany the slightly spicy yet tangy sauce.
