TP-Link, the Chinese company better known for its routers, has been trying for some time to make their way to the smartphone market with the Neffos brand. The company was present at the MWC 2018 and introduced a new budget smartphone, the Neffos C7.

This season let eRayn3 brings you to have a closer look on the newly launched smartphone by TP-Link Neffos C7.

The Outlook and Feel:

From the first outlook it gives an impression of a quality smartphone available in the market. The phone has been built with a metal frame, a plastic back weighing in at 157grams, makes it light in your hand.

The Screen:

The phone comes with a 5.5-inch screen with HD resolution (1280×720 pixels), 16:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a MediaTek octa-core processor (4xCortex-A53 1.5GHz + 4xCortex-A53 1.0GHz) 2GB of RAM.

Memory Card and Sim Card Slot:

just 16GB of internal storage. Not enough storage? Fortunately, the good news is; Neffos C7 also comes with a microSD card slot for up to 128GB. The best part of is it also comes with Dual Nano-Sim to accommodate 2 sim card as one.

Camera:

The rear camera has a 13MP sensor and for the selfies Neffos C7 is equipped with an 8MP front camera and it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat, with a fingerprint reader feature at the back and is powered by a 3.060mAh battery. The camera does it job quite decently with good lighting but it did not quite well with low lights. That is something that user should take note on.

Performance:

Even if you are a heavy smartphone user, this phone is a quite decent smartphone that is suitable for all. Neffos C7 could deliver a great job if you are looking into working with it on basic functions such as checking on Facebook, YouTube, checking emails, using calendars, browsing websites, playing Games and many more. If you are not so particular with great camera quality, you could consider this phone.

Overall this is one of the value for money smartphone when considering on it’s priced at RM 599. Where many of us could afford to have.
