Sakae Sushi has launched its new menu featuring over than 60 new dishes which are carefully crafted by Sakae’s master chef in order to pamper every plate with value added, healthy and quality taste of Japanese cuisine.
This menu is bound to shower sushi lovers with great excitement as they will now be able to enjoy a delicious array of fresh and quality sushi at affordable price. This sumptuous sushi range comprises fresh ingredients paired with vitamin E enriched sushi rice. With sushi healthy and tempting delights in store, diners will surely be able to tuck in to their heart’s content.
Caterpillar Roll: Delectable make creation made using sea eel, avocado slice wrapped with crabstick salad and Japanese omelette, topped with cheese mayo.
Salmon Treasures: A salmon lovers’ all-time favourite. Here, Sakae’s Signature fresh air-flown salmon is served in five unique sashimi and sushi varieties including salmon sashimi, salmon sushi, salmon mentai sushi, ikura gunkan & hana maki.

Sakae Salad: A healthy & appetizing salad selection prepared using fresh air-flown salmon, seasoned jellyfish, crabstick, Japanese omelete and assorted vegetables served in a choice of wafu or goma dressing.
Kaisen Nabe: Sumptuous Japanese-style hotpot with prawn, mussels, squid, assorted mushrooms and vegetables in choice of chicken broth or kimchi soup.
Mussel Mentaiyaki: Exceptional grilled mussels topped with flavourful mentaiko mayo.
Mentai Chawanmushi: Silky smooth chawanmushi flavoured with mentaiko mayo, chicken, crabstick and Shimeji mushroom. A perfect side dish to complement your meal.
Avocado Tempura: Lightly battered avocado slice served with dipping sauce and grated radish.
