The joyful season of giving and spreading love is upon us and Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral will be rocking the festivities with an array of offerings at Nook for a truly spirited season.
The focus of the Hotel’s offerings will be centered at Nook, the Hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, offering up a buffet spread of festive fare from 1 till 30 December 2017. The featured menu will highlight traditional festive dishes on the buffet spread with Nook’s local specialty dishes complementing the spread with a selection range to satiate everyone’s taste buds.
The holiday spread this season will include a range of meat selections from Herbed Crumbed Roasted Lamb Leg, Beef Stroganoff, Braised Hickory Smoked Short Rib, Peri-Peri Roasted Whole Chicken, Beef Goulash, Steamed Sea Bass and more. A variety of accompanying dishes in the form of Apple & Chestnut Stuffing, Brussel Sprout with Bacon, Herbed Potato Wedges,, Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Smokey Gratinated Mushroom Ham Mac ‘N’ Cheese and Steamed Crushed Potato make up a sumptuous spread of Western and traditional favourites throughout the month of December at Nook.
An enhanced spread on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will feature the star at every Christmas feast, the Roast Turkey. Nook’s Oven-Roasted Garlic Rosemary Whole Turkey is, served with a variety of sides, condiments and sauces including Prunes and Chestnut Stuffing, Giblet Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Natural Chicken Jus, Mustard Potato Dauphin Oise, Grilled Pumpkin, Buttered Broccoli Polonaise, Braised Carrot in Orange Reduction as well as Sauteed Brussel Sprout with Almond Flake.
Keeping true to its’ nature, Nook will also offer an Asian flavour to the spread this December. The menu will include Stewed beef in Turmeric & Coconut, Prawns with Chilli Paste and Stink Beans, Spicy Deep-Fried Fermented Bean Curd with Potato, French Bean with Dhall, Bhendi Kurma, Ghee Rice with Chick Pea, Buttered Prawn with Oats, Stir-Fried Beef with Chinese Barbeque Sauce, Fried Bamboo Shoot with Olive Leaves and more.
A feast is never complete with desserts and this Christmas season, Nook’s selection of sweet offerings features an assortment of pies, Apple, Pumpkin, Pecan and Lemon Meringue Pie and other scrumptious desserts including Chocolate Log Cake, Cappuccino Cheesecake, Butterscotch Trifle, Mixed Berry Pavlova, Sticky Toffee Pudding with Caramel Sauce, Strawberry Cheese Cake, Chocolate Mint Brownies, Citrus Profiterole, Black Forest Push Pops amongst many others.
Nook’s Christmas dinner buffet spread is available from 1 – 30 December 2017 from 6.30pm till 10.30pm and is priced at RM118 nett per adult while Christmas Eve’s buffet Dinner and Christmas Day’s buffet spread will be priced at RM128 nett per adult.
