(Meitu), publisher of the Chinese photo enhancement app, will be launching four very special Hari Raya themes for its most popular features; the Augmented Reality (AR) effect, Meitu Artbot, festive stickers and frames. Available for a limited time only, these exciting features will enable users to unleash their creativity and imagination, while adding a touch of merriment to their photos and videos.

Apply the AR effect to your videos to catch the falling ‘ketupat’ or add some colourful ‘ketupat’ to your Hari Raya selfies. Users only need to turn on the AR function and select the ‘ketupat’ AR. There are also a host of stickers and frames with ‘Selamat Hari Raya’ greetings available, for users to design that very special message for friends and family.

For those who have always wanted a self or family portrait, the Meitu ArtBot Andy is the perfect feature for the task. Watch in awe as your Hari Raya photos are turned into beautiful works of digital art for users to keep or to share.

Users can also improve their photos before applying the Hari Raya themes, with Meitu’s touch-up function which enhances and balances photos for that perfect look. All photos and videos using Meitu’s Hari Raya Aidilfitri features are compatible with and can be readily shared on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.

In addition, Meitu will also be having an exciting online lucky draw, open to all users of the app. To participate, simply upload a clear selfie using one of Meitu’s many Hari Raya Aidilfitri frames and #MeituApp by 19 June 2018. One lucky winner will stand to win a NYX Cosmetics item.
