Chef Omar’s signature Assam Pedas Melaka and Beef Rendang are Paya Serai must try dishes, which are definite crowd pleasers. Chef Omar have witnessed families who’ve been patronizing Paya Serai since they ware a child and still dine-in with their own children today.

Introducing to this exciting line up of seasoned talents is the rich and vibrant “Everything Malaysian” Buffet which include authentic Malay spread such as variety of Kerabu, Whole Leg of Lamb Gulai Kawah, Ayam Bakar Palembang, Tapai Pulut, Roti Jala with Chicken Curry.
