They gets their fresh LOCAL seafood from Pulau Ketam daily to ensure the freshness of the seafood they sell. As for the IMPORTED fresh seafood, they ordered and delivered Tsukiji Market’s seafood twice a week to the their shops.
For those who wold like to enjoy fresh seafood dishes on the spot or for those who are lazy to cook at home, you may request them to cook for you on the spot for you to enjoy at their shop too. Here are some of the dishes that you could get from Sui San Fish Market:

Sui San Fish Market also offers fresh frozen seafood imported from Norway. In this section, you may find a lot of unique fresh seafood that are not available in our local seafood stores.
3. COOKING INGREDIENTS
There are many ingredients from Japan that are available here. The have sauces that could hype up the freshness of the seafood, seafood complimentary ingredients such as seaweeds, wasabi, soup seasoning, cha soba and many more.
They also sells many types of Japanese Soba for the visitors to enjoy with these seafood.
