Tsukiji Market is a very well known fresh seafood market in Japan. This place is similar to our “Pasar Borong” but of course Tsukiji Market only sells fresh seafood from the sea.

The best thing that Tsukiji Market offer is the ability for us to choose our fresh seafood and eat is on the spot raw or cooked. This type of experience is hard to get in Malaysia.

But there is a good news. Sui San Fresh Market are opened to offer such services to us.

At Sui San Fresh Market, there is 3 sections:


Sui San Fresh Market offers fresh local seafood and also seafoods directly from Tsukiji Market, Tokyo. They gets their fresh LOCAL seafood from Pulau Ketam daily to ensure the freshness of the seafood they sell. As for the IMPORTED fresh seafood, they ordered and delivered Tsukiji Market’s seafood twice a week to the their shops.

For those who wold like to enjoy fresh seafood dishes on the spot or for those who are lazy to cook at home, you may request them to cook for you on the spot for you to enjoy at their shop too. Here are some of the dishes that you could get from Sui San Fish Market:

  4. Masaba Fillet (Grilled/Shioyaki) – RM20
  5. Full Blue Shell Mussels – RM29 (Cooked with sake, Japanese shoyu, garnish with parsley andlemon juice)
  6. Edamame – RM10
  7. Baby Scallops (Teriyaki Sauce) – RM28.50
  8. Salmon Head (Grilled/Shioyaki) – RM20
  9. Pan Fried Prawns – RM54.90
  10. Pan Fried Tuna Gyoza – RM35

There are many more dishes that you could order at Sui San Market. You may opt to have your seafood cook on the spot and serve fresh. Cooking charges applies as below:

  • Grill – RM5
  • Pan Fried – RM5
  • Teriyaki – RM10



Sui San Fish Market also offers fresh frozen seafood imported from Norway. In this section, you may find a lot of unique fresh seafood that are not available in our local seafood stores.





There are many ingredients from Japan that are available here. The have sauces that could hype up the freshness of the seafood, seafood complimentary ingredients such as seaweeds, wasabi, soup seasoning, cha soba and many more.
