There were one special Cantonese homemade hotpot operated by 3 hotpot lovers in town named The Hotpot Publika.

The Hotpot Publika is a Cantonese style hotpot (steamboat) restaurant mixed with Japanese sake bar which was a great combination when comes to hotpot dining. It’s located at Block D1 in Solaris Dutamas,Publika.

The Hotpot Publika has some special sauce to offers to their visitors where they could mixed and matched according to their preference.

The Hotpot is famous with its soups, which take a minimum of six hours to prepare. The soups are made from scratch daily, free of MSG and preservatives.

The resulting broth is rich in fresh flavors, The Hotpot offers five types of soups such as;

  1. Premium Cantonese Pork Bone Soup,
  2. Golden Fish Seafood Soup,
  3. Spicy Szechuan Style Ma Lat Soup,

  5. Seasonal Soup.
