Fondue started from Swiss dish of melted cheese served with communal pot over a portable stove heated with candle or spirit lamp, and eaten by dipping bread into the cheese using long-stemmed forks.
As time goes by, due to many love for chocolate, people have used chocolate to replace cheese and fruits, marshmallows and others to replace the bread and created a new deserts for us to enjoy.
It doesn’t stop there yet, we found one of the shop in Jalan Genting Klang named Illusion Chocolate Cafe, are offering another new type of chocolate desserts; a combination of kebab, crepe, waffles, pancakes and fondue.
The chocolate in Illusion Chocolate Café are being sauced from Belgium. Only fine and high quality’s chocolate will be imported to this shop for the deserts.

- Chocolate Fruity Kebab. A crepe with chocolate drizzling with ice cream, rice crispy, wiped cream and over with warm chocolate.
- Brownies Crepe. A French crepe filled with brownies, topped with signature chocolate.
- Choc Ice Burger. French waffle served with Belgium chocolate or caramel honey with the ice cream scoop of either vanilla/chocolate/strawberry.
- Chocolate Lava Cake. A chocolate fluid cake with following sweet chocolate lava served with ice cream.
For smoothies lovers, may also be able to enjoy their Illusion Belgium Chocolate Milkshake. It’s the richest chocolate drink ever, with micro chunks of real Belgian chocolate. You may choose from milk, dark or white chocolate.
